Sports Summer Camp

About

The camp program is designed to strongly encourage participants to continue sports and life-long active lifestyle. We promote this through sports, life-skills and nutrition. Here are some of the daily activities we will do with the children at camp:

Sports

Every day starts with an hour-long martial arts class, followed by
yoga, team sports and outdoor activities.

Life Skills

Afternoons are filled with activities to build life-skills and core values. These include swimming lessons, painting classes, and critical thinking exercises.

Nutrition

Not only do we provide nutritious home-cooked meals, we also educate the campers on healthy eating through experience with our on-site organic strawberry farm, trips to local markets and even
an educational excursion
to a chocolate factory.
